Fat Daddy's Frankfurters is a small family owned and operated restaurant, catering and sidewalk vending business serving the greater Sacramento area. As a family we have long had a desire to leave the day to day hustle of the work force and set out to provide a living for ourselves while giving back to our community. We believe we have accomplished that goal with Fat Daddy's Frankfurters & BBQ.

Fat Daddy's Frankfurters & BBQ brings the feel and tastes of the Historic "New York and Chicago Hot Dog Cart" and Authentic Kansas City Style Hickory Smoked Bar-B-Que to Northern California! You bring your appetite and we'll bring the finest quality food, service and smiles! Remember we're not FAST FOOD but GOOD FOOD fast!

Our hot dogs feature 100% All Beef Franks, fresh condiments, and fresh steamed buns. Our Signature Daddy's (Hot Dogs) are authentic and feature the tastes of their respective communities: Grab a New York Daddy w/Authentic Homemade New York Red Onion Sauce, A West Virginia Slaw Daddy or our personal favorite the Classic Chicago Daddy - "Drug Thru The Garden!" and with a generous dash of celery salt (No Ketchup Allowed)!

Our Bar-B-Que features authentic scratch made rubs, sauces (KC Original, Sweet Heat, Georgia Clay), and low n slow cookin over Hickory wood. We specialize in all types of meats: Santa Maria Tri-Tip, Pork Spareribs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Hot Links and we are the only BBQ joint in Yuba/Sutter serving authentic Texas Style Beef Brisket!

All of our sides are homemade from original or family recipies: Creole Potato Salad, Creole Corn, Smothered Green Beans, Creamy Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, Sourthern Style Greens, BBQ Beans, BBQ Spagetti, and Creamy Mac n Cheese. Our moist Cornbread w/Sweet Butter is not to be missed!
